2025 FC Dallas Summer College Training & WPSL Program

PROGRAM DETAILS:

Start: Tuesday, May 13th (report for first training)
End: Thursday, July 10th

What’s to Expect:

  • Two weekly outdoor training sessions
  • One weekly performance session + small-sided games
  • Open weight room access (select days & times)
  • WPSL match participation (*select eligible players may be picked to play in WPSL matches)

WPSL conference play will include Home/Away Round Robin with teams from DFW , Austin, San Antonio, and Houston.

PERFORMANCE TRAINING:

Speed Training & Sprint Technique- We take an individual athlete approach to speed training. Breaking down each players form and making necessary corrections

True Agility- Agility involves quick decision making along with fast feet and being explosive. Learn how to react faster and make subtle reads against your opponent that will give you the edge next season

Strength that Transfers- Practical strength training that will make you stronger on the field and in the weight room. The focus all summer will be speed and explosiveness in the weight room

Mental Edge- We will have a theme each week to cover your mental performance and health. Both coaches on staff have either a degree in psychology or sports psychology along with our sports performance degree and certifications
