Season Member Ticket Information

We are excited to share the details about FC Dallas beginning their 2025 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup run. Below is what you need to know as an FC Dallas Season Ticket Member:

  1. FC Dallas will host AV Alta FC of USL League One at Toyota Stadium on Wednesday, May 7 at 7:00 pm in a Round of 32 match. The bonus tickets you already have as part of your Season Membership package will be good for this match, and you will see those loaded into your account. All aspects of this match will function like a normal, regular season match.
  2. It was also announced that FC Dallas will host the Round of 16 match on May 20-21 should FC Dallas advance and the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC beat New York Red Bull in the Round of 32.
  3. As a bonus, you will also receive tickets to the Round of 16 and the Round of 8-Quarterfinal matches should FC Dallas host either of those matches. The dates for those matches would be May 20-21 (Round of 16) and July 8-9 (Round of 8-Quarterfinal). Those tickets will be loaded into your accounts as the matches are finalized. For these matches, complimentary parking will be included and the STM concession discounts would apply. Tickets, which normally have inclusive food and beverage components, would not have those provided for these two matches.
  4. Season Members who use their tickets, or have someone else attend in your place, will be provided a special discount for the U.S. Open Cup Semi-Final and Final matches should FC Dallas host. All Season Members will always receive a preferred rate as compared to the public for all matches, but we want to reward those who support the team in the early rounds by filling your seats with an added discount should the team advance/host in the late rounds.

Open Cup Overview
First played in 1914, the Open Cup is the U.S.'s oldest ongoing national soccer tournament and it's open to any professional or amateur team affiliated with U.S. Soccer. Basically, a team from any league in the country can compete (from amateur leagues all the way up to pro league like USL and MLS) in hopes of making it all the way to the final. In all, the Open Cup – which is single-elimination – features eight rounds (First Round, Second Round, Third Round, Round of 32, Round of 16, etc). FC Dallas will enter this year’s Open Cup in the Round of 32.

FC Dallas in the Open Cup
FC Dallas is one of the most successful MLS teams in U.S. Open Cup history having won the tournament twice (1997 and 2016) and finished as runners-up on two occasions (2005 and 2007). In 1999, the tournament was renamed in honor of Lamar Hunt, the patriarch of FC Dallas, for his immense contributions to growing soccer in the U.S.
