FRISCO, Texas- The Boys U-15s and U-17s look to solidify their spots in the Generation Adidas Cup this weekend in Houston for the second round of regional qualifiers. The U-17s must finish the weekend in the top two of their age group to advance, while the U-15s must top their group.
The first round of qualifiers took place in Commerce City, Colo. back in October where the U-15s and U-17s faced Vancouver Whitecaps Academy as well as LAFC. The U-15s finished the weekend with a win and a draw, while the U-17s finished the weekend with a record of 1-1. The Schedule and results will be posted as the weekend continues.
The U-15s finished the weekend undefeated at the top of their group which means they advance to the GA Cup finals, while the U-17s managed to advance to compete in April as well. Overall the teams had a successful weekend in Houston.
