FRISCO, Texas- The Girls Academy competed against Solar Soccer Academy in Irving this weekend, while the Boys U-15s and U-17s traveled south to compete in GA Cup Qualifiers.
GIRLS ACADEMY:
- U-19s:Samar Guidry and Sydney Bloch help to add to the U-19s winning streak following their success over the past few weeks. They won 3-1 over Solar at the University of Dallas.
- U-17s: The girls continue to look to build momentum as the season ramps back up with a 1-1 draw against Solar as Maeve Jones scored the lone goal.
- U-16s: Kaydence Ramirez led the U-16s to break even this weekend ending their match in a draw against Solar 1-1. They look to bounce back after having multiple wins leading up to the past weekend.
- U-15s: After struggling last weekend with a win and a draw, the U-15s continue to try and build confidence as they finished the weekend with a 2-2 draw against Solar. Jaden Thomas had a big game scoring both the team's goals.
- U-14s: Building their hot streak by adding another win to their record the U-14s finished with a final score of 2-1. Taylor Person and Reaganne Morris found the opportunities to score.
- U-13s: The Girls won their match this past weekend thanks to a goal from Brooke Howard off a corner kick by Ainsley McCammon.

BOYS ACADEMY:
- U-17s: The Boys struggle to find success in Houston after losing their first two matches of the tournament. They lost 2-0 against Portland and 3-0 against Colorado Rapids. They face the Houston Dynamo Academy in their last match of the qualifiers.
- U-15s: The U-15s went to Houston with something to prove as they have won both their matches so far. They won 4-1 against Portland with Kevin Kelley scoring a hat trick and a lone goal from Anthony Ramirez. They won their second match 3-0 with goals from Kevin Kelley, Tarik Scott, Anthony Ramirez.

The Boys Academy heads down to Fort Worth to face the Dallas Texans, while the U-19s host Real Salt Lake at Toyota Soccer Center in Frisco.
