FRISCO, Texas (October 1, 2021) – FC Dallas midfielder Bryan Acosta has been called up to represent the Honduras National Team in the upcoming FIFA World Cup Qualifiers against Costa Rica, Mexico and Jamaica.
Acosta will depart following the FC Dallas home match against Minnesota United FC on Saturday, Oct. 2.
Acosta, 27, has appeared in 59 regular season matches for FC Dallas since signing with the club in 2019. He’s scored two goals and recorded five assists overall, recording two of the five assists during the 2021 season. He has 53 appearances for Los Catrachos, last appearing in the final 17 minutes of the 4-1 WCQ loss against the United States on September 8.
