FRISCO, Texas – Dallas-Fort Worth native Bryan Reynolds has yet to make his professional debut with FC Dallas, but that's not stopping this 17-year old from dreaming big.

“I’m just saying it could happen at any time," says Reynolds. "I was fortunate to sign at 15, but it’s unfortunate I haven’t played. But you just keep having the same mentality of working hard everyday. Even though I am a pro at such a young age, you can’t let that get in your head. Just keep working hard no matter what happens.”
Reynolds was part of the Boys U-16 FC Dallas Academy team that won the 2015-16 U.S. Soccer Development Academy Championship. In the Generation adidas Cup in Kansas City, Reynolds scored five goals in three matches as the FC Dallas U-18 team went 3-0-0 with a goal differential of plus-13. On November 22, 2016, Bryan Reynolds officially signed a contract as the 17th Homegrown player in FC Dallas history.

There's no doubt Bryan Reynolds has soccer in his DNA. In fact, his father Keith played at SMU under Schellas Hyndman and was a U.S. Youth International. Reynolds' younger brother, Ty, currently plays with the FC Dallas Academy. And while he knows he's a role model to his younger brother, his dad is the one that helped him realize the love of the game and inspired him.

"He grew up playing the sport. But back then, it wasn’t really known for an African-American to play soccer. He was always criticized, but he fought through all that and he went and he played professional soccer and that was his dream. He’s just my whole inspiration."
