FRISCO - FC Dallas embarked a tall task this past week going up against two top Western Conference teams on a short turnaround. However, the squad held on and won both games, and as a result were awarded with a player being named to the MLS Team of the Week.

Forward Fabian Castillo enjoyed two great performances during the past week which included a cheeky chip goal that sailed over Portland Timbers goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey's head. In two games, the speedster recorded one goal, one assist, created two chances and also had five total shots with three being on target. Castillo was a factor in the Dallas attack that scored five goals in two games as the young Colombian continues to use his speed to push the FCD offense forward and create chances.
