FRISCO, Texas - The strong start to the 2013-2014 campaign continued for all of FCD's Academy teams last weekend as they battled I-45 rivals Houston Dynamo at Toyota Soccer Center. The FCD U-12 through U-18 teams went 5-0-1 against the Dynamo while both USSDA U-16 and U-18 teams have yet to allow a goal. Here are the full results:
FC Dallas Under-18's: 2
Houston Dynamo: 0
The under-18s continued their strong start to the season with a 2-0 win over the Dynamo. Second-half goals from Aaron Meyer and Alex Radilla sealed the win that moves the U-18s to 2-0 on the season with four goals scored and none allowed.
FC Dallas Under-16's: 4
Houston Dynamo: 0
Josema Bazan's under-16's cruised to a 4-0 win over the south Texas rivals behind a hat trick from Christian Ramirez. Luis ZuaZua also scored his first goal of the season in the victory. Like their U-18 teammates, the under-16s have yet to allow a goal in two games this season.
FC Dallas Under-15's: 2
Houston Dynamo Under-15's: 0
Duncan James scored both goals for Francisco Molina's under-15 TPAL squad who sit in second place with a 3-1-0 record after four games.
FC Dallas Under-14's: 1
Houston Dynamo Under 14-'s: 1
Manuel Molina scored in the 67th minute to earn the FCD u-14s a draw with the Dynamo. Molina has two goals on the season for the u-14s who are undefeated with a 2-0-1 record after three games.
FC Dallas Under-13's: 3
Houston Dynamo Under-13's: 0
The u-13s moved to 4-0-0 on the season with a 3-0 win over Houston. Adriel scored two goals for FCD with the first coming via an own goal.
FC Dallas Under-12's: 7
Houston Dynamo Under-12's: 0
Thomas Roberts scored four goals in the win for FCD's youngest TPAL team who are 3-0-0 on the young season.
