Defender expected to make full recovery in four to six weeks
FRISCO – FC Dallas defender Walker Zimmerman is expected to miss the next four-to-six weeks with a MCL strain in his left knee, FC Dallas announced today.
The defender suffered the injury and was forced to leave the match in the 24th minute of Sunday’s 0-0 draw against the Houston Dynamo.
Zimmerman, 24, had an MRI yesterday at Texas Health Center for Diagnostics and Surgery in Plano, Texas, to confirm the injury.
