The FC Dallas Foundationis taking the Texas Derby rivalry off the pitch. The FC Dallas Foundation and the Houston Dynamo Charities are competing in the 2nd Annual Auction Showdown. During the Texas Derby matches on May 28 and June 23, the team that raises the most money through their auction wins! The team raising the least amount of money will donate $1,000 to the winner.
Starting Friday, May 26 at noon CT through Sunday evening, you can bid on one of a kind experiences, autographed items and more via the DASH app. It's easy, just download the Digital Auction Showdown DASH Auction app (download via link or text FCD to 66866).
It's simple: download the app, create an account, bid on items and help FC Dallas #BeatHouston off the pitch, all while positively impacting the health and well-being of disadvantaged youth via the FC Dallas Foundation.
The auction items include:
- Autographed ball signed by the 2017 team
- Autographed jersey: authentic jersey signed by the 2017 team
- His & Hers Package: two shirts (one men's, one women's), 2 cups, 2 bags, as well as other goodies for him and her
- Your Place in the Starting 11 Photo: 1 individual will get to join the starting 11 for the pre-match team photo on the field
- Game Ball: the winning individual will receive a ball that was used in the match against the Dynamo on May 28th
The auction begins Friday, May 26 at noon CT and will close with the match against the Houston Dynamo on Sunday, May 28 at Toyota Stadium. Happy bidding!
