FRISCO, Texas (Tuesday, July 12, 2016) – FC Dallas is hosting a special doubleheader at Toyota Stadium on Saturday, July 16, as the league-leading MLS side faces the Chicago Fire at 8 p.m., followed by a nightcap between the Fire Special Olympics team and the FC Dallas Special Olympics team, supported by Globe Life Insurance.

The match is the second of the season for the FC Dallas SO side, which notched a 3-0 win on the road in Kansas City last month (match b-roll available here). They also take part in an official training session with the FC Dallas professional team (b-roll from training available here).

Fans who want to support the FC Dallas Special Olympics team can purchase special match tickets with a portion of the proceeds from each ticket going to the special needs charity of the buyer’s choice between Special Olympics Texas, My Possibilities or Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas. Fans can also pledge anywhere from $1 to $20 per goal scored in the Special Olympics match to the FC Dallas Special Olympics charitable partners.
