FRISCO, Texas (Wednesday, May 6, 2015) – FC Dallas is launching new shows on TXA21 and the FC Dallas YouTube Channel, hosted by Gina Miller.
FC Dallas Extra Time, presented by Toyota, will make its on-air debut at 7 p.m., Saturday, May 9 on TXA21 as a 30-minute pre-game show leading in to the FC Dallas match versus defending MLS Cup Champions LA Galaxy. FC Dallas defender Stephen Keel joins Miller on set to co-host the first episode, which provides an in-depth look at life on and off the field for Keel and some of his teammates.
Seven episodes of the show will air on TXA21, while there will be a total of 12 “FC Dallas Live” YouTube shows. The TXA21 shows are slated for pre-game entertainment on June 13 (Seattle Sounders), July 18 (DC United), Aug. 15 (LA Galaxy), Sept. 26 (LA Galaxy) and Oct. 7 (Vancouver Whitecaps FC). The seventh show will air on a date to be determined outside of the regular season schedule.

Each of the 12 “FC Dallas Live” shows is a 30-minute-long live, fan-interactive show hosted by Miller and an FC Dallas player. The shows will then remain archived on the FC Dallas YouTube Channel. The YouTube shows will air on specific Wednesdays between 1 and 2 pm. CT, with the first show scheduled for May 20. The remaining 11 dates are already tentatively scheduled and will be announced on FC Dallas social media channels and FCDallas.com.
Miller and Mike Alexander are producing the telecasts, while Ted Price joins Miller in producing the live YouTube shows.
A familiar face in all DFW homes, Miller has anchored Dallas sports shows for the last 15 years, working for both ABC and CBS affiliates, as well as hosting Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars pre-and post-game shows.
