FRISCO — FC Dallas-WPSL will face Mexican side Monterrey CF in a friendly at 8 p.m. on July 1, 2018 on Field 2 (also known as Dr. Pink Field). The Monterrey women finished their 2017-18 season in third place with a 22-4-6 record in Liga MX Femenil. It will be the first time the two sides will meet.
Tickets are available at the gate for just $10 for the general public and $5 for FCDY players wearing FC Dallas attire.
This is the fourth international friendly the WPSL team will play in their history, posting a 2-1-0 record in the previous two years. Dallas beat another Liga MX side, Tigres, as well as the Japanese U-17 National Team, while dropping a match against the Trinidad and Tobago National Team in their lone defeat.
