FRISCO, Texas - Three different FC Dallas Girls Academy teams advanced to their respective Dallas Cup Girls' Invitational finals with the U-15s, U-16s and U-19s all winning their seminal matches Wednesday afternoon at Toyota Soccer Center.
The U-15s defeated Sting Soccer Club 3-1 in penalties after a 1-1 draw in regulation. Holly Storer scored for Dallas to send the game to penalties where Kiara Gilmore, Charli Harris and Nylah Norris converted to send FCD to the final. They originally advanced out of Group A with a perfect 3-0-0 record without allowing a single goal and scoring 11. The U-15s will face Solar Soccer Club in the final at Toyota Stadium on Friday, April 15 at 8:30AM.
The U-16s also topped their group with three wins out of three and reached final after besting the BVB International Academy thanks to goals from Jaden Thomas and Juliettte Rayo in a 2-1 win. They'll face Solar Soccer Club U-16s in the final on Friday at 10:30AM at Toyota Stadium.
The U-19s enjoyed a dominant group stage where they scored 25 goals and allowed zero to earn a perfect record. They topped rivals Solar Soccer Club 3-0 in the semifinal with two goals from Piper Hemperly and one from Alena Ultes. The U-19 final pits FCD against DKSC at Toyota Stadium on Friday at 3PM.
How to Watch
For fans wanting to attend any of the matches, gates at Toyota Stadium will open at 7:30AM and tickets can be purchased at the box office on the North side of the stadium. All guest seating will be located on the West side.
