FRISCO – On Sunday night, FC Dallas U-18s won the Dallas Cup Gordon Jago Super Group title, a feat never achieved by another MLS Academy, until now.
It was an exciting match with Paxton Pomykal putting the team on the board in the 23rd minute. And after Monterrey tied it up in the second half, newcomer Arturo Rodriguez who just joined the team two months ago, tied it up in dramatic fashion in the 89th minute. And with that, everyone from FCD players, MLS Commissioner Garber, and local media paid their respects.
