FRISCO — Francis Atuahene and Reggie Cannon were named to Week 15's MLS Team of the Week following their performances against the San Jose Earthquakes on Saturday.
Atuahene scored the match-tying goal in the 64th minute, just one minute after coming on as a sub in the second half. Saturday was Atuahene's MLS debut, and it was also his birthday — a special day for an important performance.
Cannon had three tackles won in the match along with helping out the rest of the back line to hold off the San Jose comeback in the second half. Following Atuahene's goal, the defense didn't give up many chances and FC Dallas held on for a 2-2 draw.
