Reynolds earns FC Dallas' 16th MoneyGram International Call-Up of 2017

FRISCO - Homegrown forwardBryan Reynolds was home for just about two weeks. Now, he and four FC Dallas Academy players are back on duty for the their country.


After completing his time at the U.S. Soccer U-17 Residency Program in Florida and competing in the CONCACAF U-17 Championship with the U.S. in Panama, Reynolds was called back into action for the U.S., this time with the U-16 Boys' National Team.

Reynolds, along with U-16 Academy goalkeeper Michael Collodi and midfielders Adrian Munoz and Thomas Roberts were all named to the U.S. U-16 roster for the 2017 International Dream Cup. The 20-player roster gathered on June 6 in Carson, California, for training before flying to Japan, where the tournament is held.


The quartet of Dallas players will begin the tournament on June 14 against Guinea before also playing against Japan and the Netherlands. The country with the most points after three matches will be crowned tournament champions.


The U.S. U-18 squad also has an FC Dallas representative in its ranks in the form of midfielder Brandon Servania


Servania is one of 20 U.S. players that will travel to Lisbon, Portugal, for the 2017 U-18 Lisbon International Tournament. Held in the Portuguese capital, the U.S. begins play on June 14 against Japan, with additional matches against Norway and Portugal. Just like the International Dream Cup, the tournament's winner will be determined by which country gains the most points from its three matches.


Both tournaments run until June 19. The FC Dallas U-16 and U-18 Academy teams both qualified for the USSDA Playoffs in Westfield, Indiana, which begin on June 22.
