FRISCO - Injuries won't be a major factor, but international absences will be, when Toronto FC visits Toyota Stadium for Saturday night's meeting with FC Dallas.
Toronto FC
OUT: Nick Hagglund (Torn MCL).
Defender Nick Hagglund has already been forced to miss six matches as a result of the injury, suffered on May 13 against Minnesota United. An eight to 12 week absence was expected for the 24-year-old, who has played 65 career MLS games, all with Toronto.
FC Dallas
OUT: Walker Zimmerman (MCL Strain)
INT'L: Matt Hedges (USMNT), Kellyn Acosta (USMNT).
Walker Zimmerman continues to get closer and closer to a return from his injury, suffered in the first Texas Derby of the season, but remains out for Saturday's match. The defender returned to training this week and a slight chance he could return for Tuesday's match against DC United
Both Matt Hedges and Kellyn Acosta were named to the United States Gold Cup roster and joined the national team camp in Nashville earlier this week. The U.S. will play Ghana in a friendly match in Connecticut just prior to the FC Dallas match on Saturday, and both players have a good chance to receive playing time.
