COBRA APPEARS IN THE STARTING XI

Zdenek "Cobra" Ondrasek makes his second start of the season tonight, after quite a performance in the second half last week against Montreal. He scored a goal in the second half to start the comeback that ended in a draw against Montreal. Zdenek Ondrasek starts at the top of the attack tonight, while Dominique Badji shifts over to fill Santiago Mosquera's spot on the side.

MIDFIELD PRESSURE

We continue to see shifts around the upper half of the midfield as FC Dallas focuses their effort on offensive pressure and pushing the opponent. Jesus Ferreira starts in the midfield again, as well as Brandon Servania on the other side. Bryan Acosta continues to hold down the back part of the midfield as a defensive enforcement. Paxton Pomykal is listed as a sub, which could be an unexpected change and extra energy in to the game if he is subbed in.

SUBSTITUTES LOOK TO PROVE

We see multiple substitutes this week that have been looking and working for their chance to play in the 18. Ricardo PepiEdwin Cerrillo, Bryan Reynolds, and Bressan have all shown their talent in bringing some new energy and switching the momentum when coming in to the game after the start. We also see Cristian Colman return to the 18 for the first time since October of 2018. This adds another layer of depth to the FC Dallas game plan as they look to keep Houston guessing and shut down their momentum.
