ONE CHANGE

As Jacori Hayes misses #FCDvLA with a hamstring injury picked up against New England, the same player who replaced him then will assume the same role from the get-go. Paxton Pomykal gets his first start of the season alongside Bryan Acosta in the midfield after 17 minutes in the role a week ago.

PEDROSO RETURNS

After missing FC Dallas' playoff match in 2018, undergoing offseason core muscle repair surgery and not making last week's roster still working his way back, Marquinhos Pedroso returns to the 18-man roster for FCD for the first time since Oct. 28. The left back started 13 matches after joining the club in July of last year. Ryan Hollingshead will start for the second straight match at left back.

HOMEGROWNS GALORE

After five Homegrowns made the opening day 18-man roster, the number grows to six for the matchup vs. LA. Jesse Gonzalez and Reggie Cannon remain in the starting lineup, now joined by Pomykal, while Edwin Cerrillo and Jesus Ferreira are joined on the bench by Brandon Servania in his first appearance on an MLS matchday roster. If all six were to see the field, it would tie a franchise record for Homegrowns in a match, currently set at six.
