Pomykal to continue rehab from offseason surgery; Three FC Dallas Homegrowns remain in USMNT January Camp
FRISCO, Texas –Paxton Pomykal has departed the U.S. Men’s National Team January Camp following a collaborative decision between the U.S. Soccer and FC Dallas medical staffs. He will return to FC Dallas and continue rehabilitation from his offseason groin surgery.
Pomykal will not be replaced on the roster, which now stands at 25 players. FC Dallas Homegrown players Reggie Cannon, Jesús Ferreira and recently added Brandon Servania will remain in camp.
The USMNT’s first match of 2020 is on Feb. 1 against Concacaf rival Costa Rica at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California
