FC Dallas Summer College Training Program/WPSL

Training STARTS Monday 5/20 and ENDS Friday 7/12

College aged players are encouraged to continue their training through the summer with the FC Dallas summer college training program. Athletes will get two performance sessions per week as well as indoor pickup and outdoor training opportunity with the FC Dallas staff.

Performance sessions are set times in the morning on Mondays/Wednesdays OR Tuesdays/Thursdays

Outdoor evening training session will be on Wednesdays.

PERFORMANCE CENTER TRAINING:

Speed Training & Sprint Technique- We take an individual athlete approach to speed training. Breaking down each players form and making necessary corrections

True Agility- Agility involves quick decision making along with fast feet and being explosive. Learn how to react faster and make subtle reads against your opponent that will give you the edge next season

Strength that Transfers- Practical strength training that will make you stronger on the field and in the weight room. The focus all summer will be speed and explosiveness in the weight room

Mental Edge- We will have a theme each week to cover your mental performance and health. Both coaches on staff have either a degree in psychology or sports psychology along with our sports performance degree and certifications

WPSL conference play will include Home/Away Round Robin with teams from Austin, San Antonio, Houston and OKC.

Game schedules to be determined.
