FRISCO, Texas - YouTube sensation Dude Perfect will help unveil FC Dallas' new home kit at MLS' FORWARD 25 jersey reveal event in New York City on Wednesday, Feb. 5 ahead of New York Fashion Week.
The FORWARD 25 event is a first for MLS as every teams' jerseys will be revealed at one time. Celebrities including DeAndre Hopkins, Ninja and Colin Hanks as well as MLS legends like Alexi Lalas and Mike Magee will assist teams as they reveal their new home colors for the next two seasons.
FC Dallas is paired with Dude Perfect, the famous trick shot YouTube channel that's fast approaching 50 million subscribers. Now based in Frisco, Dude Perfect began when a group of Texas A&M students Cory and Coby Cotton, Garrett Hilbert, Cody Jones and Tyler Toney began filming themselves attempting ridiculous trick shots and uploading their successes to YouTube. The group hold numerous Guinness World Records and have grown Dude Perfect into the 10th largest YouTube channel. Last year, Dude Perfect filmed a portion of its All Sports Trick Shot video at Toyota Stadium which featured a volleyball being served off the National Soccer Hall of Fame into a basketball hoop standing on the pitch below.
