FRISCO, Texas - North Texas SC midfielder Kalil ElMedkhar was named to the Week 26 USL League One Team of the Week for his performance in the club's 2-0 win over FC Tucson Saturday night.
ElMedkhar scored the opening goal with a left-footed strike from inside the box after Kazu played him in with a first-time pass. ElMedkhar has now scored four goals and added three assists from his nine appearances in USL League One. It's the 22-year-old's fifth Team of the Week honor of the season.
