FRISCO, Texas (March 4, 2022) - North Texas SC has signed forward Pablo Torre to an MLS NEXT Pro professional contract, pending league and U.S. Soccer Federation approval. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Torre, 18, joins North Texas SC on a two-year contract with an option for the 2024 season.
Born in McAllen, Texas, Torre played for the Atlas Mission Academy in nearby Mission, Texas. He attends Valley View High School and helped its boys’ soccer program to a perfect 12-0 district record for the 2021-22 season.
“We’re delighted to add Pablo to our roster for the next two seasons,” said North Texas SC General Manager Matt Denny. “He’s another example of the young talent within this state and we believe he can improve even further in a professional environment. We believe he has a very high ceiling and we’re excited for what he can bring to our club now and in the future.”
