FULLERTON, California (June 2, 2024) – North Texas SC (6-1-4, 25 points) obtained a statement 4-0 road win against LAFC2 (6-3-2, 21 point) from Titan Stadium in Fullerton California. A Tarik Scott brace and goals from Diego García and Diego Pepi sealed the win for North Texas SC tonight.

SCOTT SCORES TWICE IN CALIFORNIA
FC Dallas Homegrown Tarik Scott continues to score with North Texas SC as he scored a brace in tonights game. Scott scored his first goal of the match in the 21st minute and scored his second in the 42nd minute. Scott leads the team in goals scored with six.

Goalkeeper Victor Darub made his MLS NEXT Pro debut tonight after entering in the 12th minute of the match following the ejection of Michael Collodi. Darub signed with North Texas SC in October 2023. Darub kept a clean sheet in his first-ever game for North Texas SC.
DIEGO SCORES THE THIRD
North Texas SC midfielder Diego García scored the third goal tonight. With this goal, García now has four goals scored for North Texas SC. This is the first time this season that NTSC has scored three goals. The last time NTSC scored three goals was on September 24, 2023 versus Austin FC II.
PEPI CALLS GAME
Diego Pepi sealed North Texas’ fourth and final goal of the evening. Pepi scored his first goal of the 2024 season, his second overall goal since signing with North Texas SC in 2023.
