Defender expected to return in six-to-eight weeks
FRISCO, Texas – FC Dallas defender Anton Nedyalkov has undergone a successful procedure to repair a broken collarbone.

The surgery was performed by Dr. Kevin Kruse at Texas Institute for Surgery in Dallas. Nedyalkov is expected to return in six-to-eight weeks. The injury occurred during an FC Dallas training session at Toyota Soccer Center.
Nedyalkov, 25, made his FC Dallas debut in a 3-0 win vs. Seattle Sounders on March 18. The left back assisted on FCD’s third goal, scored by Roland Lamah in the 63rd minute. Nedyalkov had played the full 90-minutes for FC Dallas in seven consecutive matches until being forced to miss FCD’s match against Toronto FC yesterday. FC Dallas’ record in that seven-game stretch was 3-1-3.
