FRISCO, Texas (June 20, 2024) - FC Dallas has announced Marisa Gonzalez as Senior Director of Girls Programming for the Youth Club. Gonzalez will also work with the club’s General Counsel and Athlete Safety Officer to develop and implement FC Dallas’ compliance and player welfare programs for the club’s minor athletes.
Prior to joining FC Dallas, Gonzalez was the Club Director/Director of Soccer for Noria Football Club in Puebla, Mexico. Gonzalez was also the head coach of the U18 Women’s Noria FC Team. Noria FC is a club affiliated with the Amateur Sector de la Federación Mexicana de Fútbol Asociación (FMF).

Born in Puebla, Mexico, Gonzalez holds an A Pro-License from the Mexican Football Federation. She earned her MBA in Sports Administration from Alfredo Di Stefano Real Madrid C.F University and graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University with degrees in International Business and Marketing.
In 2020, Gonzalez was named the first general manager for Club Puebla Femenil who compete in Liga MX Femenil, the first tier of women’s soccer in Mexico. Gonzalez spent one year with Club Puebla Femenil.
