Frisco, TX - FC Dallas, the FC Dallas Foundation and corporate partners today announced initiatives focused on supporting North Texas communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. These initiatives promote social distancing, the importance of education and healthy living while also providing fans the opportunity to access a variety of family-friendly activities.

The program launched with the Taking Care of Those Who Take Care of the Community initiative in partnership with Toyota. FC Dallas and Toyota are providing food deliveries to essential workers for organizations operating during this unprecedented time.
Taking Care of Those Who Take Care of the Community in Partnership with Toyota
- FC Dallas delivered meals to the volunteers of Frisco Fastpacs on March 19th to kick off our Taking Care of Those Who Take Care of the Community initiative in partnership with Toyota. Frisco Fastpacs is a non-profit organization that delivers weekend meals to all 72 Frisco Independent School District campuses.
- FC Dallas delivered Papa John’s pizzas and Aquafina water to medical professionals arriving for their evening shift at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano on Tuesday, March 31.
- Next week, FC Dallas will team up with Chick-fil-A to deliver food to volunteers and staff at the North Texas Food Bank. NTFB provides meals to those facing hunger in North Texas.
- On Tuesday, April 14, FC Dallas and Rosa’s Café will partner on a Taco Tuesday delivery of tacos and other Rosa’s Café food items to CoServ. The electric cooperative’s lineman and service personnel are working around the clock to ensure consumers have power during this time as the workforce has shifted to a remote work environment.

Hooper’s Activity Book presented by NEC – FC Dallas and NEC are partnering to create Hooper’s Activity Book which features a variety of puzzles and games to keep young minds sharp. The digital workbook will also highlight components of the FC Dallas Foundation’s STEAM FC program presented by NEC to showcase how science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics are used in the sport of soccer. In the Kitchen presented by Buckner – FC Dallas and Buckner are encouraging families to get in the kitchen and prepare their own healthy meals. With the help of Legends Hospitality and FC Dallas players, family-friendly recipes are available on FCDallas.com/InTheKitchen.
FC Dallas Book Club presented by Southern New Hampshire University – FC Dallas and Southern New Hampshire University are working together to launch a reading program. This initiative will feature a digital reading series with FC Dallas players, coaches and staff. It will also offer opportunities for fans to participate in virtual forums with players to discuss their favorite books as well as an incentive program for kids to reach their own reading goals with prizes available.
Beyond the Pitch presented by CornerStone Staffing – FC Dallas and CornerStone Staffing will roll out Beyond the Pitch, a digital career exploration series. This will give students and aspiring sports industry professionals the opportunity to learn about career opportunities available in the sports industry.
