FRISCO, Texas - The U-20 U.S. Men's National Team and FC Dallas Homegrowns Antonio Carrera and Justin Che begin their World Cup campaign in Argentina on Saturday, May 20 at 1PM CT against Ecuador. This first group stage match will be broadcast on FOX Soccer Plus and Telemundo.

Carrera signed with FC Dallas in February of 2022 after spending seven years in the FCD Academy. He's played 21 times for MLS NEXT Pro affiliate North Texas SC over the last two seasons. The 18-year-old has been part of the USMNT youth setup since the U-15 level and has represented the U-20s on four occasions under head coach Mikey Varas (who was formerly an FCD assistant and Academy coach).
Che played 16 games for North Texas SC before signing with FC Dallas in 2020. The defender played 15 MLS games for the club before joining Hoffenheim on loan where he made is Bundesliga debut on March 19, 2022. He's played 6 times for the U-20 USMNT.
