DUAL STRIKER?

Maxi Urruti will play underneath Tesho Akindele up top in a 4-2-3-1 look for Dallas, much like we saw over the final hour in Houston last weekend with the injury to Santiago Mosquera. Look for Urruti to play a much more advanced role than a traditional No. 10 might, combining with Akindele inside the 18. This could be a familiar look for FCD once new striker Dominique Badji joins the fold after his acquisition earlier in the week.

ATUAHENE’S FIRST 18

A week after traveling with the team to Houston, but missing out on the match day roster, 2018 first-round pick Francis Atuahene will make his first MLS roster tonight as a sub on the bench. The 22-year-old has appeared in eight games for USL-affiliate OKC Energy FC this season, scoring two goals on seven shots on target.
