FRISCO, Texas (April 8, 2024) – FC Dallas goalkeeper Maarten Paes was named to MLSsoccer.com’s Team of the Matchday presented by Audi for Matchday 8 after obtaining his first cleansheet of the 2024 season.
Paes helped Dallas secure its first road point of the 2024 season and end a four-game losing streak. The Dutch goalkeeper made seven saves, matching his career high for an MLS match. Paes ranks seventh among MLS goalkeepers in saves (24).
This is the second time in 2024 FC Dallas has earned MLSsoccer.com’s Team of the Matchday honors.
