FRISCO, Texas — After a strong game on Saturday against Toronto FC, FC Dallas had a big week on MLS Team of the Week, with four players and head coach Luchi Gonzalez making the roster.
Forward Jesus Ferreira found himself on the roster this week with four key passes, two assists, and three shots on goal over Toronto Ferreira was in a strong spot the entire game and was crucial in the team's success. Midfielder Paxton Pomykal was crucial in the balls distribution on Saturday night. He recorded one assist, six recoveries, and a large amount of the successful passes for FC Dallas.
Defender Bressan found his spot thanks to his first recorded MLS goal off a header in the 51st minute of the match to keep FC Dallas up 2-0. Bressan has started every match since May 16th, playing the full 90 in each match. He has played a key part in the backline's success.
