FRISCO - With only eight teams playing last weekend, there wasn’t much movement in the MLS Power Rankings.
Dallas leaves Saturday for Atlanta and a date with newcomers Atlanta United FC. The team will usher in a new era of soccer in the southeast when FC Dallas plays the first regular season MLS game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the $1.5 billion building that seats up to 70,000 for a soccer match.
Atlanta United FC is 10-8-6 on the year, currently sixth in the eastern conference. FC Dallas’ man-down 2-2 draw against a tough New York Red Bulls team was impressive. Was it strong enough to elevate them in our latest Power Rankings Roundup?
