FRISCO - FC Dallas forward Cristian Colmán scored for the first time in MLS play over the weekend, and then doubled down on a brace at the Montreal Impact. Colmán's two goals were the difference in a 2-1 win, and earned him MLS Team of the Week honors for Week 20.
Colman first struck on a cross from Maxi Urruti when he ran onto the cross at the back-post. Colmán struck again 10 minutes later when he ran around goalkeeper Evan Bush to finish into an empty net.
It is Colmán's first time in the MLS Team of the Week. Colmán is alongside David Villa of New York City FC and Joao Plata of Real Salt Lake up top.
