Recent News:  Clint Dempsey has started each of Tottenham Hotspur's last four matches matches; logging 87 minutes in a 2-1 win over Queens Park Rangers, 74 minutes in a 3-0 Capital One Cup win over Carlisle, 68 minutes in a game against Manchester United that saw Dempsey make his first goal a match-winner in a 3-2 victory, and 65 minutes in Thursday's 1-1 Europa league draw with Panathinaikos. Tottenham has climbed to fifth in the Premier League table with a record of 3-2-1 and will host Aston Villa this Sunday.
