Starting the Month off Fresh
North Texas SC kicks off April on the road, taking on Timbers2 in their only meeting of the season. Historically, North Texas holds a 9-5-3 record in April matches since 2019. NTSC closed out March with a 1-2-1 record and will look to start the new month on the right foot away from home.

Looking for a First Win
In two previous visits to the Pacific Northwest to face Timbers2, North Texas SC has yet to secure a road win. However, head coach John Gall is no stranger to breaking new ground. He guided the team to its first road victory in Canada during the 2023 season. The Welshman will aim to replicate that success in Portland, as Timbers2 look to capitalize on their home advantage at Providence Park.

Scouting Timbers2
Timbers2 led by head coach Serge Dinkota, enter the match with a 0-1-2 record in the 2025 campaign. They are coming off a 1-1 draw on the road in Vancouver and are still in search of their first win of the season. A familiar face on the Timbers2 roster is defender Blake Pope, who featured for North Texas SC during the inaugural 2022 MLS NEXT Pro campaign. Since joining the Portland side in 2023, Pope has been a consistent presence in the squad over the past three seasons.
