Arlington, Texas (July 3, 2024) – North Texas SC (9-1-5, 36 points) defeats MNUFC2 (4-10-0, 12 points) 4-0 at Choctaw Stadium on Wednesday night. The club earned back-to-back wins for the first time under interim head coach Michel Garbini who remains undefeated with North Texas SC.

ALEJANDRO, ALEJANDRO

FC Dallas Homegrown midfielder Alejandro Urzua scored his first goal of 2024 in his first North Texas SC start. Last year, Urzua registered 16 appearances and scored one goal. Urzua signed a Homegrown deal with FC Dallas on December 14, 2023.

LLEGO EL PRIMER GOL

Anthony Ramirez found his way on the scoresheet with a cross into the box from Herbert Endeley in the 54th minute. With his first of the year, North Texas SC now has goals from 11 different players in 2024.

THE ROSE BLOOMS AGAIN

Defender Tyshawn Rose entered the match in the 59th minute of the match to make his season debut after suffering a season-ending injury against Timbers2 on July 29, 2023. Rose logged 19 appearances, played 1,592 minutes and contributed with five assists in his rookie season with North Texas SC.

MALIK SCORES HIS FIRST

FC Dallas Homegrown Malik Henry-Scott netted his first professional goal tonight. Henry-Scott registered nine appearances with North Texas this season and made his fifth start tonight. Henry-Scott signed a Homegrown deal with FC Dallas on December 18, 2023.

FOUR GOALS IN FOUR GAMES FOR ENES

Enes Sali tallied in the 66th minute to extend his goal streak to four. Sali has scored twice against MNUFC2 this season. Sali ranks second in goals scored for North Texas SC with six.
