Frisco, Texas (August 19, 2024) – North Texas SC midfielder Pedrinho was named MLS NEXT Pro Player of the Matchweek 23 after scoring a brace in NTSC’s 4-1 win over Texas Derby rival Houston Dynamo 2 on Saturday, August 17.
This is the first time this season a North Texas SC player has been named Player of the Matchweek.
Pedrinho netted his first professional brace in the win against Dynamo 2. He is tied with forward Tarik Scott for most goals scored (8) for North Texas SC this season and has scored in back-to-back games.
