We believe that all guests should have a fun and safe visit to Toyota Stadium. Please text our Guest Service team to alert them to any and all issues so they can be resolved in a timely and professional manner.

To use the Guest Assistance Text Messaging service:

• Add this number, (469) 365-0253, to your phone so you can easily recall it in the event it is needed
• In the event of a fan conduct, safety, or security concern at our events, text us with the location, a short description of the issue, and any other information that might be necessary
• You will receive a confirmation from venue staff via text upon receipt
• The appropriate Toyota Stadium staff will be alerted and dispatched to help resolve the concern

You may also contact a nearby usher or security officer, as well as stop by Guest Services to report the problem.
