Even at the increased pricing, FC Dallas Memberships remain among the most reasonably priced in MLS. We are also confident that the value of every seat in Toyota Stadium in 2025 will be very strong. Demand for FC Dallas Season Ticket Memberships has grown substantially over the past two years and continues to do so. The capacity for Toyota Stadium in 2025 will be around 11,000 seats, following a 2024 season that saw all MLS regular season matches sell out. Seating capacity for this season was 19,096 – approximately 40% greater than what we will experience during renovation. Demand for 2025 Memberships, and tickets in general, will be greater than supply in 2025.
Group and single match ticket prices will also reflect this demand. Our new Season Member ‘Seat Buy-Back’ benefit is a distinctive addition which brings tremendous flexibility and value. We are optimistic about the value that will be offered to Season Members in 2025, including FIFA World Cup 2026 ™ priority benefits provided to FC Dallas.
Each match in your Season Ticket Membership package will be assigned a proportionate value of your overall package investment. Season Ticket Members will have the opportunity to request that the club buy back your tickets for up to four matches regular season matches in 2025. You will receive a credit on your account, equal to the value assigned for the match tickets you request that we buy back. This credit can then be applied to additional tickets and upgrades for matches in 2025 or for renewal of your 2026 Season Ticket Memberships. Requests for a ticket buy-back will need to be made at least 14 days in advance of the match. Your Membership account payment plan will need to be current, and in good standing, to qualify.
Once the east side renovations are complete (including the new east side club, expanded concourse, and new concession/restroom amenities), Season Members who are on the west sideline in 2025 will be moved to an equivalent seat location on the east sideline as the west side goes under construction. As with all construction timelines, our goal is to provide details for 2026 and beyond by Q2 2025.

Season Members will continue to receive a complimentary parking pass for all matches. 2024 Renewed Suite Level and 200 HOF Level Members, as well as 2024 Renewed Center Circle Members (Sections 105-107), will have reserved parking options. Specific lot availability for 2025 is still being determined, but we will have multiple parking solutions with direct access to Toyota Stadium gates.
We expect to release pricing for 2026 and beyond by Q2 2025. 2025 Season Ticket Members will receive priority seating and pricing.
We will not be accepting renewals of single seats in 2025 unless the account only had a single seat in 2024. Priority for benefits when Toyota Stadium is finished will be based on number of seats maintained through the renovation process.

We will ensure that all current 2024 Season Ticket Members receive an option to purchase ahead of the public when the new building renovations are complete. 2024 Season Ticket Members who choose not to renew in 2025 will not have priority over any existing 2025 Season Ticket Member and will not receive pricing discounts and guarantees that 2025 Season Ticket Members will. Additionally, FC Dallas FIFA World Cup 2026 ™ priority benefits provided to FC Dallas will not be offered to those who are not Season Members at that time.
