FRISCO - Adonijah Reid, who is on loan from FC Dallas, was named the USL Player of the Week for Ottawa Fury FC in Week 15.
Reid scored three goals in a 3-0 win over New York Red Bulls II. It was the first hat trick in both the player's and the team’s professional history.
The forward showed off his pace and creativity slipping behind the back line on two of his goals for breakaways.
Reid has started 12 games this season for Ottawa and is tied for the team lead in goals. He is also tied for second on the team in chances created, with 12.
Ottawa will continue USL-play against Cincinnati FC on Saturday.
