The Skills Development Program is led by Neil "Nipper" Thornber who has over 20 years of experience in the English Academy system. His experience includes working at Blackpool FC and Liverpool FC Academies as well as ten years coaching at Manchester United's famed Academy.
- Who: Select Players 11U-19U
- When: 1.5 to 4 hours a day, 2-4 days a week in addition to practices
- What: The focus of the program is to develop technically brilliant soccer players. The program is an individually based skill and technique training. This is a long-term program that is designed to help every athlete realize his or her potential

We have multiple program options including a full-time program, a four-day after school program or a two-day after school program:
- Full-Time Program - $4,800
- Four-day Program - $3,800
- Two-day Program - $2,250
Payment plan options:
- One Payment (In Full)
- Three Equal Payments (Aug., Nov., Feb.)
- Six Equal Payments (Aug. through Jan.)
